Post-metal quartet JUNIUS recently completed an extensive European tour alongside Katatonia and Alcest.
Plus, they revealed a string of headlining dates following their recently announced tour supporting Caspian. Starting March 6 in San Francisco, the band will be supported by Los Angeles rockers Silver Snakes on a jaunt that will lead them to Austin, Texas for the prestigious South By Southwest Festival. The group will also headline two shows prior to their tour with Caspian, including a Valentine’s Day performance in Brooklyn, NY.
Reports From The Threshold Of Death, the band’s PROSTHETIC debut, was described by Decibel as “the music that many Radiohead fans wished Thom Yorke wrote after The Bends, while AP praised its “musical innovation and expansive concepts.”
The group has supported the release by touring with artists such as Enslaved, O’Brother and label mates Wolves Like Us. A second pressing of the album’s vinyl edition (available on orange marble or blue marble variants) is currently up for grabs HERE.
