“We’re really beyond excited about this project, it represents the synergy, the unique bond between a band and the fans supporting it; and with their support, there’s nothing we can’t accomplish! Helping us throughout this great step in the band’s life! It’s a great feeling, especially in the underground scene where being honest about what you do is all you got. We truly have the best people surrounding us. Thank you for helping us continue doing what we love to do for those we write our music for.” comments vocalist Stef Jomphe.

INSURRECTION will be offering eight various packages to fans in support of raising funds for the release, which can be selected at the following link below along with an informative promo video explaining details of the crowd funding and next release Prototype.

About:

Upon being assembled in 2003 by founding members Martin Samson and Stef Jomphe in Gatineau, Insurrection has been growing, modulating and mutating into a machine of an aural onslaught. Assaulting witnesses in both languages of French and English, Insurrection has blended its calculated technicality to create a signature mixture of merciless death metal that has emerged from the prominent Canadian scene.

Shortly after their 2009 debut release Prologue, giving true life to their monstrosity, the formation launched their second release 2010’s Fracture, a dark prophecy of unforgivable times and a brutal soundtrack to the fall of man. It pushed the limits with every outing, creating Insurrection to become more than the sum of its parts, but a merciless abomination.

Now the band is gearing up for their follow up Prototype to push yet another brutal assault and tour cities across Canada to convert the unwitting to their legion.

Death metal needs fresh blood and let’s hope this album inspires some youngsters to steer away from the crap and come back to serious business”Metal Made in Canada

“This 5-piece monstrosity has struck again with precision, aggression and near perfection! INSURRECTION delivers a one of a kind album – solid and crushing from beginning to end”The Ottawa Epitaph
