BLACK TUSK Confirm Release Date, Reveal EP Artwork

Savannah, GA‘s BLACK TUSK confirmed a July 23 release date for their new EP entitled Tend No Wounds via Relapse Records.  The EP was recorded with producer Phillip Cope (Kylesa, Baroness) at the Jam Room in Columbia, SC. The band also unveiled the artwork, which was created by Brian Mercer (Eyehategod, Lamb of God, Zoroaster).

Tend No Wounds will be available in CD, vinyl and digital formats and can be pre-ordered from the Relapse Records Store HERE.  A trailer for the EP can be viewed HERE.

Tend No Wounds is a 6 song/20 minute blast of high octane raging southern rock/metal that merges the classic original backwoods metallic hardcore Black Tusk sound with the newer more polished rock based tunes the band has honed after years on the road on the road with bands like Baroness, Skeletonwitch, Mastodon, Kvelertak and more.

BLACK TUSK recently wrapped up a North American tour with Kvelertak and Cancer Bats. A European tour is being plotted now and dates should be announced shortly.

Updated BLACK TUSK news and tour information will be made available at the Relapse Records website and BLACK TUSK Facebook page. Request Black Tusk on The Welding Room: call (856) 393-2100, via e-mail or in the live chat.
