Award-winning folk metal pioneers SILENT STREAM OF GODLESS ELEGY announced a string of summer festival dates. The “Andel Award” winning band (The Czech equivalent of The Grammy) are set to appear at 6 festivals spanning five countries, including Masters of Rock (CZ), Tasovske Rockovani Open Air (CZ), Gothoom Open Air (SK), Menuo Juodaragis Festival (LT) and more. SILENT STREAM OF GODLESS ELEGY will begin the trek on July 13 in Vizovice, CZ and conclude in Montigny-lès-Vesoul, FR on September 14. The band is scheduled to play select dates across the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, and France.

SILENT STREAM OF GODLESS ELEGY have been pioneering folk metal since their founding in 1995 in Hranice, Moravia: the eastern third of modern-day Czech Republic. There, they quickly turned heads and proved to be a unique force in the doom metal movement by infusing their signature doom sound with Moravian folklore. Establishing themselves as a critically acclaimed outfit, SILENT STREAM OF GODLESS ELEGY have since won the “Andel Award” from the Czech Academy of Popular Music two times, in the “Hard & Heavy” category.
