High on Fire – Spitting Fire Volume 1 & 2 (eOne Entertainment)

Unfortunately for us, live recordings do not always work for metal artists.

However, maybe it’s their style or just a good mix but High on Fire’s music really lends itself to a live recording. I don’t know if these guys have beards (although, I am fairly certain) but the quality is such that the listener can smell the sweat and smoke in their beards.

They’d probably look better with beards

If you get lost, don’t worry. They like to say the name before every song. Very fan friendly!
