GWAR Battle Maximus Available Today

The day has finally arrived. Your lords and masters GWAR have unleashed their 13th and most devastating album to date Battle Maximus. The album can be ordered from Metal Blade Records HEREAmazon and iTunes.

In celebration of the album’s release, GuitarWorld.com the online home of Guitar World Magazine, is hosting an exclusive stream of the instrumental title Track “Battle Maximus”. Check out the song HERE.

Tonight in Richmond, VA at Balliceaux there will be a Battle Maximus release party. The party starts at 8:00 PM and will feature appearances by Oderus Urungus and guitarist Pustulous Maximus. Battle Maximus will be blasting in its entirety, there will be free posters and fans can pick up their copy of the new album for $5.

Continuing their media onslaught, GWAR front thing Oderus Urungus appeared on the Dan Patrick Show yesterday to talk football, the new album and as the case with Oderus a whole lot more. The interview with Oderus, Dan Patrick and Jamey Jasta can be seen HERE.

GWAR will be heading out this fall on the “Madness at the Core of Time” tour. The tour, which features a completely brand-new show full of slavering creatures and deserving victims, is set to kick off October 2nd in Columbus, Ohio and runs through November 17th in Washington, DC. GWAR shall be joined by deathcore heavyweights and label-mates Whitechapel, Richmond, VA thrashers Iron Reagan (featuring Municipal Waste singer Tony Foresta) and A Band of Orcs (who are actually a band of Orcs).

Check out a stream of the song “Bloodbath” HERE.

GWAR’s Battle Maximus features twelve brand new tracks that not only honor their departed ally, but tells the story of GWAR’s latest struggle against what may be their greatest enemy yet…the insidious “Mr. Perfect”, who has travelled through time itself to steal the power of GWAR–the power of immortality, and use this power to mutate the human race into his twisted vision of what the “perfect” human should be. Once again GWAR finds themselves as the only thing standing between the human race and the latest super-powered shithead bent on the destruction of GWAR and the enslavement of their worshippers.

Most GWAR fans know the “Battle Maximus” was the sonic war of fratricide waged by the Maximus clan against themselves in order to choose a successor worthy to follow in Flattus’ clawprints, and was recorded as a song on the new album. Every GWAR fan knows that the awesome Pustulus Maximus triumphed in this struggle. But what most don’t know was the stellar line-up of additional guitarists that contributed solos to this blistering instrumental track. These included Lamb of God’s Mark Duane Morton (who played under the pseudonym “Tyrone Die Tuefel”), Ol Drake from Evile (Twatticus Maximus), and Todd Evans of Mobile Death Camp (also an ex-GWAR member, who for many years played Beefcake the Mighty and contributed to this work under the name Skookum Maximus).

But the biggest outside contribution came from Zach Blair of Rise Against (who had played the character of Flattus before Cory Smoot, and took to this project under the name “Splattus Maximus”. Zach flew into Richmond to GWAR’s “Slave Pit Studios” several times, did much of the writing and arrangement on the record, and finally recorded tons of completely shredding guitar.

Said Zach, “It was so great to re-connect with this family of mine and be reminded of what a great, hard working institution GWAR really is. This organization defines the term “DIY”. If they want to see something or use something that just doesn’t exist, they make it! It’s inspiring to be around and in the ten years since my tenure with them I’d forgotten what a force it is to be reckoned with. I’m so proud of them and I’m so proud of this record.. This record is many things to me a musical send-off and tribute to the late, great Cory Smoot (in the manner of which he would have liked it!) and an extension of my own contribution to this amazing cultural, artistic and musical statement. I’m forever proud to say “I PLAYED IN GWAR!!”

GWAR Confirm 2014 Soundwave Festival Appearance

Fresh off their highly successful and best GWAR-B-Q yet, your lords and masters have announced that they will be conquering yet another festival. That’s right everyone’s favorite Scumdogs, GWAR will be returning to the land down under to wreak havoc and make sweet Kangaroo love with the locals. The first show is Saturday February 22 in Brisbane, followed by shows in Syndey, Melbourne and Adelaide before wrapping up Monday March 3 in Perth.

“Considering it was twice as big as last year’s 2012 GWAR-B-Q and about eight times as slaughter-ific, your Lords and Masters, the mighty GWAR, are semi-satisfied, said lead singer Oderus Urungus, who was contacted at this Antarctican fortress.

“The sheer amount of carnage influcted… I mean I saw whole families just wiped out in the savage glee of the Pit of the GWAR-B-Q, willingly screaming as their bodies were pulped by our giant meat grinder. Every drop of GWAR Beer and GWAR B-Q Sauce was consumed, and all the bands ruled! And loyal bohab Goldmember repeated as Spew-O-Lympic champion it was far and away the greatest GWAR-B-Q yet.”

“Now on to our new album Battle Maximus, the new GWAR album, featuring the debut of new Scumdog, Pustulus Maximus. A new era of GWAR has begun. Hail FLATTUS, Hail GWAR, tell all of your friends that missed the 2013 GWAR-B-Q that they fucked up!”

On playing the Soundwave Festival Oderus said:

“We can’t wait to come back to Australia as part of the colossal Soundwave Festival. Now if we could only figure out how to get there, if we swim, on Gor-Gor’s back, we should be able to decimate Asia nicely.”

GWAR recently announced the first leg of their massive “Madness at the Core of Time” world tour, in support of their new album, Battle Maximus. The tour features a completely brand-new show full of slavering creatures and deserving victims.

GWAR shall be joined by deathcore heavyweights and label-mates Whitechapel, Richmond, VA thrashers Iron Reagan (featuring Municipal Waste singer Tony Foresta) and A Band of Orcs (who are actually a band of Orcs).

GWAR has teamed up with VICE to drop the next tasty morsel from Battle Maximus on your pointy little heads. HERE – read an exclusive interview with Oderus and to hear the premiere of the song Bloodbath.

In the meantime, you can listen to the pre-show interview from last week (below):

GWAR Gears Up For GWAR-B-Q With New Single

The biggest, sickest, most debauched party of the summer is just days away! That’s right, Slave Pit Inc and your Lords and Masters GWAR are counting down the hours until the 4th Annual GWAR-B-Q.

The mighty GWAR will once again be headlining the event, and they will of course feature songs from their new album Battle Maximus.  The event will be held Sat., Aug. 17 at Hadad‘s Water Park in Richmond, VA. The event will be held RAIN OR SHINE. Nothing short of nuclear holocaust can stop GWAR, and even that is highly debatable… the GWAR B-Q is on, NO MATTER WHAT!!!GWAR B-Q 2013 – Presented by Ring Dog Rescue & Slave Pit Inc.

As a special treat for the human scum, Oderus Urungus has decided to give the bohabs another taste of what they can expect from Battle Maximus.  GWAR has teamed up with VICE to drop the next tasty morsel from Battle Maximus on your pointy little heads.  Head HERE, to read an exclusive interview with Oderus and to hear the premiere of the song “Bloodbath”.  Then get ready to be a part of the carnage this Saturday at the GWAR-B-Q.

Although he is deep in preparations trying to find enough “crackahol” (Oderus’ new favorite drug, a mixture of booze and crack) to get through the weekend, Oderus would never pass up a chance to rant about a new song and the GWAR-B-Q:

“Bloodbath is a catchy little ditty straight from Scumdog City, with a sound reminiscent of past GWAR thrash-ter-pieces like Jack the World or Happy Death Day, yet completely different. It also features a ripping lead from new Scumdog Pustulus Maximus that is sure to melt your eardrums…lyrically it is a rumination on the inevitability of death for you mortals, and how you should not fear this…for death at the hands of GWAR is the most liberating experience you can ever have, especially in our Meat Grinder!”

And for those of you that don’t read press releases or pay attention, do it NOW.  All details that you need about tickets for the event can be found below.

As far as tickets are concerned please pay close attention — everybody who bought an e-ticket online must have a hard copy of EACH TICKET for entry — that means following all the links provided in the email that was sent to you and printing a hardcopy of every ticket. That means if you bought more than one ticket, you must have copies for every individual ticket purchased, so be sure to follow every link and print everything you can. YOU MUST HAVE HARD COPIES OF EVERY INDIVIDUAL TICKET IN ORDER TO GAIN ADMITTANCE. Klar? Klar! That’s “clear” for us Americans.

Deluxe ticket sales have ended, but official GWAR-B-Q 2013 t-shirts will be available for purchase at the event. There will also be raffle tickets available at the merch booth with your chance to win any number of a host of valuable prizes. (See Below) There will be no weapons, pets, video cameras or glass allowed anywhere within Hadads, and backpacks and coolers will be checked by Hadad’s security at the gate. Remember GWAR fans, we are guests at Hadads, and if we want to continue this fine tradition we must respects the perfectly reasonable requests of our host…plus GWAR commands it!

No effort has been spared to make this the most spectacular GWAR B-Q yet, and this year that includes providing the faithful GWAR fans with a skate park truly worthy of a GWAR B-Q. A legion of slaves has been laboring ceaselessly to create it, and their efforts are a complete GO, featuring a half-pipe, ¼ pipes, a fun box (whatever the hell that is), grind rails, and finally a bike launch ramp, supplied by FBM Bike Co. These are all open to the public so bring your skate, bike, or rocket-sled.

Of course the memory of GWAR’s departed Scumdog brother, Flattus Maximus, will always be with us, and many flagons of GWAR BEER (brewed especially for the GWAR B-Q by Tampa‘s Cigar City Brewery) will be hoisted to honor his legend. There will be a special “Flattus Shrine” booth set up full of Smoot shirts and music, and all proceeds garnered here will go straight to the Smoot Family Fund.

Bus shuttles will be available for FREE from 2BNB, for pickup locations and schedules check out all the details HERE.  Finally car-pooling is highly encouraged as there is very limited parking at the venue.  This does not mean for you to drive your car into the pool, it means you can get a free ride if you are too wasted. The safety of our fans and other humans is of the highest priority for the Slave-Pit, so your soul can be saved for GWAR to do with as they please.

Spew-O-Lympics Contestants List and a Ton of Other Stuff About upcoming GWAR-B-Q Announced

GWAR B-Q IS ON, RAIN OR SHINE, 8/17 @ HADAD’S WATER PARK IN RICHMOND, VA

With the biggest, sickest, most debauched party of the summer drawing inexorably closer, Slave Pit Inc. today released “a butt-load” of last-minute details about their 4th annual “GWAR-B-Q”, to be held Sat., Aug. 17th at Hadad’s Water Park in Richmond, Va. The event will be held RAIN OR SHINE. Nothing short of nuclear holocaust can stop GWAR, and even that is highly debatable… the GWAR B-Q is on, NO MATTER WHAT!!!

There will also be raffle tickets available at the merch booth with your chance to win any number of a host of valuable prizes. (See Below) There will be no weapons, pets, video cameras or glass allowed anywhere within Hadads, and backpacks and coolers will be checked by Hadad’s security at the gate. Finally, there will be a car pool available for anybody that gets too loopy to pilot their vehicle. This does not mean for you to drive your car into the pool, it means you can get a free ride if you are too wasted. The safety of our fans and other humans is of the highest priority for the Slave-Pit, so your soul can be saved for GWAR’s to do with as they please. Please check the schedules at http://www.gwarbq.com or 2BNB.org or in order to ensure everybody has a accident-free GWAR-B-Q experience.

Spew-Lympian Ian Hussey demonstrates part of grueling training ritual

Slave Pit also announced the participants in this years Spew-O-Lympics, the second time the GWAR-B-Q has hosted this semi-aquatic flail-fest. Contestants were required to submit a short essay on why they felt they should be considered to participate in this hallowed event, the top selections being picked by the band themselves (in a completely random manner).

“We are pleased not only to announce the winners, but are also surprised that forty of our fans could actually write a semi-coherent collection of words, let alone string them together in a coherent fashion,” said GWAR lead singer Oderus Urungus.

“For this effort they will be allowed to flail, flop, and flagellate themselves in front of a jeering crowd, as they are pelted with garbage… all for valuable prizes!”

To get the full listing of the winners on the band’s official Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/gwar, or the official GWAR B-Q website at http://www.gwarbq.com. The contestants must get to the registration area (near the merch booth) as quickly as possible after doors open at 10:30, in order to get their nickname and number and prepare for the first event, which starts promptly at 12:30.

A sampling of some of the amazing prizes available — and yes, that is a real guitar

The prize packages are full of valuable GWAR merchandise, though it looks like our grand prize, the “S.S. Boat” may have exploded and sank in an unexplained accident that “killed a lot of guys.”

“It’s a complete tragedy,” said eyewitness James Nasium.

“My car got dirty.”

Unfortunately, the organizers of the event are sad to announce the cancellation of the band LOINCLOTH from the days festivities. Guitar player Tannon Penland and members of his family were involved in a serious, but non-life threatening automobile accident, that will make it impossible for the band to perform. Said injured band member Tannon Penland from his hospital bed…

Loincloth guitar player Tannon Penland

“I am truly fucking bummed between doses of morphine and dilaudid that Loincloth cannot be slaughtering alongside our many mighty brothers, mutants, and sisters at this year’s GWAR-B-Q. We shall return!”

There is no word yet as to whether or not the empty slot will be filled.

Rain or shine, it’s all systems GO for this years most debauched gathering of the summer and the greatest GWAR-B-Q in history. See all of you faithful bohabs there at Hadad’s, Aug. 17th, 2013! HAIL FLATTUS, HAIL THE BOHABS… AND HAIL GWAR!!!

GWAR Announces Gigantic Fall Tour in Support of New Album

Masters of medieval metal, the mighty GWAR, are poised to return to the world of man as today they announced the first leg of their massive “Madness at the Core of Time” world tour, in support of their new album, Battle Maximus, which is out September 17th on Metal Blade Records. The tour features a completely brand-new show full of slavering creatures and deserving victims. Tickets go on sale this Friday, August 2nd.

Said verbose front-thing Oderus Urungus,

“Our loyal slaves have been laboring ceaselessly to create the ultimate GWAR show, and for this they have received nothing but abuse and torment. I know our legions of loyal fans will be delighted to experience a whole new cast of ridiculous characters, all of whom shall meet exceedingly messy ends to the soundtrack of slaughter that our new album shall provide. Get ready world… GWAR is coming!”

GWAR shall be joined by deathcore heavyweights and label-mates Whitechapel, Richmond, VA thrashers Iron Reagan (featuring Municipal Waste singer Tony Foresta) and A Band of Orcs (who are actually a band of Orcs). The tour comes after an intense lead-up period, which featured the debut of a GWAR beer and GWAR B-Q sauce, several mini-tours and convention appearances, the second season of Oderus on FEAR.net‘s sitcom HOLLISTON, and finally the fourth annual GWAR-B-Q. Tickets and more information on the GWAR-B-Q can be found athttp://www.gwarbq.com

Overlord Oderus Urungus allowed Whitechapel guitarist Alex Wade to comment on the tour:

“We’re extremely excited to announce that we will be direct supporting the almighty GWAR this fall. The tour will be hitting some spots we haven’t been in a while and we’re looking forward to having a blast on tour with them so come out and get GWAR‘ed with us!”

Of course Oderus had more to say (when doesn’t he?).

“Let me make something perfectly clear. DON’T commit suicide if your city/country/collection of mud-huts isn’t on the list. We can’t play every city in the world in one tour, as much as we would like to. There will be a whole year or more of shows in support of Battle Maximus, so either be patient, or take a fucking road trip!”

Battle Maximus is GWAR‘s 13th studio album, and their first since legendary Scumdog Flattus Maximus returned to the stars to fulfill his cosmic destiny. Check out the first track, Madness at the Core of Time on The Welding Room and pre-order your copy of Battle Maximus HERE.

GWAR‘s Battle Maximus features twelve brand new tracks that not only honor their departed ally, but tells the story of GWAR‘s latest struggle against what may be their greatest enemy yet…the insidious “Mr.

1) Intro
2) Madness at the Core of Time
3) Bloodbath

Official GWAR Beer Release with Guest Host ODERUS URUNGUS Announced

Everyone’s favorite alien overlord and lead-throat thing of GWAR, Oderus Urungus, will take a brief break from his arctic slumber to get “fucked up with the fans” for the debut of the GWAR-B-Q Beer.  The beer was created from a recipe by Rob Chalmers especially for the upcoming GWAR-B-Q (August 17 in Richmond,VA). But as a special treat for the fans, Oderus himself will be travelling (via bat-shaped helicopter, of course) to Ybor City, Florida to officially debut the brand-new, mind-altering product.

“This is another milestone on the road leading to the GWAR-B-Q, the new GWAR album, and the brand-new GWAR show we will be putting on tour this fall,” said the hardest-partying front-creature in rock.

“I am looking forward to meeting with the fans, getting incredibly wasted, and then vomiting all over them. Then we will sell that!”

The event is presented by GWAR, Cigar City Brewing, Crowbar Live and DMD. It will feature free samples of the all new GWAR B-Q Beer, as well as Brutal Burgers topped with GWAR-B-Q Sauce.

Check out the new GWAR Beer commercial HERE

“Next product? GWAR meat!” said Oderus.

Admission to the event is five dollars at the door.  The first fifty fans wearing GWAR gear or attire will be admitted free. In addition to the guzzling and the gorging, the event will also feature live music from GWAR ATTACK, (GWAR cover band), American Fix, Black Tides Roll and Doom Wolf.  The event is 18 and up.

As Oderus mentioned, this crazed event is only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to what is being called (by us) the “Slave-Pit Summer”.  The main event, of course, is the 4th Annual GWAR-B-Q, presented by Ring-Dog Rescue and Slave Pit Inc., and backed up by the fine folks at Brown’s Distributing. This is slated to take place Saturday August 17 in Richmond, VA at Hadad’s Lake Water Park. With acts like GWAR, Municipal Waste, Corrosion of Conformity, Pig Destroyer, and the re-union of the legendary X-Cops, this years’ bill is possibly the greatest yet assembled in the blood-spattered history of GWAR’s ever-expanding festival.  Additional events include the B4-B-Q and the GWA-fter Party and you can get all the info and ticketing information at http://www.gwarbq.com.

In other GWAR news, the band is getting ready to spill the beans on many details regarding their eagerly anticipated new record and show, which will be released in early fall. This album is the first to feature new guitarist Pustulus Maximus, who travelled through space and time to lay claim to the crown left behind by departed Scumdog immortal, Flattus Maximus. More details including artwork, tracklisting and the first song from the album will be unveiled in the coming weeks. A huge fall headline tour is in the works as well; so get ready for the return of the most outrageous band in rock and roll history.

“There is much more I could say, but I have to get back to my drinking,” belched Oderus, into the ass of a drunken carrier- pigeon.

4th Annual GWAR-B-Q Details Confirmed

Antarctic rock-gods GWAR released the first line-up for this year’s GWAR-B-Q, located at Hadad’s Water Park in Richmond, VA. This year sees the event entering its fourth consecutive year while offering its most bone-crushing line-up yet, setting the stage for what will certainly be the most massive GWAR-B-Q in the history of the human or any other race!

The event is scheduled to take place Saturday August 17, 2013 at Hadad’s Water Park in Richmond, VA, located at 7900 Osbourne Turnpike. Doors will open at 10:00 AM and the first band will hit the stage at 11:00 AM. For more information be sure to visit: http://gwarbq.com. Ticket information will be announced shortly.

Local faves and international thrashers Municipal Waste will provide main support to the mighty GWAR, and in turn will be supported by a plethora of devastating acts, Corrosion of Conformity, Pig Destroyer, Cannabis Corpse, Loincloth, Kung-Fu Dykes and many more. Once again Hadad’s will host two stages with bands all day. Plus, there are rumors of a yet-to-be-announced act that will put this year’s GWAR-B-Q 2013 completely over the top!

“Once again we blow the horn of war and set into motion the gears that grind us towards the greatest GWAR-B-Q yet,” said unrepentantly horny front-thing Oderus Urungus, fresh off debuting GWAR’s new “GWAR-B-Q” sauce at a strongly attended event at the world-famous Grinders in Kansas City (see more details HERE).

“We will not only be rockin’ like Dokken and slippin’ the cock in, but we will be shoving a wealth of GWAR productions down your throat… not only our new GWAR-B-Q sauce, but our very own beer, Impaled Ale! Eat and drink yourself into a diabetic stupor, then puke it all up in the slam pit! It’s gonna fucking rule!”

That’s right, the 4th annual GWAR-B-Q is poised to make yet another stinky mess in the crotch of today’s scene — BE THERE OR SUFFER THE SHAME OF BEING INCREDIBLY PATHETIC!

In other Slave Pit news GWAR is wrapping up a new album, their thirteenth and first since the passing of longtime guitarist Cory Smoot in late 2011. Coming out later this year, the album features the debut of Pustulus Maximus, cousin of the mighty departed one, Flattus Maximus. The band kicks off their tour tonight in Tucson, AZ and will be on the road through April 25 in Jacksonville, FL. These dates will serve as the final leg of the “Fate or Chaos” tour, which chronicles GWAR’s epic struggle with an angry God.

The GWAR show on April 17 in Denver (Englewood,CO) will be broadcast live on AXS TV. The broadcast will air at 12:00 AM EST/9:00 PM PST. AXS TV is available on: DIRECTV Channel 340, DISH Network Channel 362, AT&T U-Verse Channel 1106, and Verizon FiOS Channel 569. GWAR’s DAVE BROCKIE Opens Print Art Webstore

The man behind the mask of Oderus Urungus, Dave Brockie, unveiled a new web-store where fans can buy limited-edition, high quality art prints of not only Brockie’s GWAR drawings, but many of his other illustrations. Culled from select images spanning a 30-year career as an artist and illustrator, these highly-collectable prints are now available to the public. Check out www.theartofdavebrockie.com

“For years I have been doing custom paintings and drawings for people and I have gotten so far behind that I constantly have to turn down people looking to get some of my work. A high-quality print line web store will give everybody a chance to have a Brockie on their wall” said the artist from their Richmond studio, AKA Slave Pit.

Dave Brockie is to many a footnote to the name most people know him by – that of Oderus Urungus, foul-mouthed alien barbarian and longtime lead singer of GWAR, the world’s foremost horror-rock spectacle. GWAR’s legendary live shows and relentless work-ethic have earned the group of artists and musicians from Richmond, Va. an international reputation as the cutting-edge of outrageous, “Grand Guignol”-style metal theater, and won them legions of fans worldwide. In the course of the groups 25+ year-long career Brockie, as President of Slave Pit Inc., GWAR’s parent production company, consistently spearheaded the group’s efforts, not only as the bands lead singer and public mouthpiece, but also as an artist involved in many of GWAR’s graphic projects.

Brockie continued on like the blowhard that he is.

“I actually graduated art school even though I knew it was no guarantee of employment. Nevertheless, I deluded myself that I was going to become a fine artist and was painting these giant squiggly blob paintings that actually looked pretty cool, but were never going to pay the bills. I worked construction and knocked over liquor stores to do that. But I was also into comics and illustration and when GWAR started to happen it gave me a great venue for my work. Suddenly I was being called upon to do flyers, t-shirts, comics…even album covers. That turned into a 25+ year stretch where I was always making art of some kind. It’s about damn time I had my own print line!”

The prints are signed and numbered by the artist and are part of a limited edition of 1000 per image. The prints use the highest quality paper and inks, and are mounted on a piece of masonite that features a custom-made 3-D frame that is a throwback to Brockie’s early “squiggle” paintings.

“I hope this is a big success,” said Brockie.

“I am going on a pilgrimage to Stalingrad this spring and need money for booze and food. Plus, I got kicked in the mouth by a circus-mule and need extensive dental-work. After I get this print site going, I plan to disappear. It is time for GWAR.”

In other Slave Pit news GWAR is wrapping up a new album, their 13th, which is the band’s first since the passing of longtime guitarist Cory Smoot in late 2011. Coming out later this year, the album features the debut of Pustulus Maximus, cousin of the mighty departed one, Flattus Maximus. The band has a run of shows scheduled for this April, which are the last stops of the “Fate or Chaos” tour, which chronicles GWAR’s epic struggle with an angry God. It has been rumored that GWAR will be testing out songs from the new album on these dates.

“Yes! We Will!” confirmed Oderus.

The band is also venturing into the culinary arts with a signature “GWAR-B-Q” sauce, which they will be debuting at a colossal “Meat & Meet” to be held at the world famous “Grinders” in Kansas City on Monday April 8 from 4-6 PM.

August will see the fourth annual GWAR-B-Q, the group’s annual outdoor music and meat-fest which is getting more massive every year. The new album’s release follows soon after, and then the band will embark on a mega-huge world tour that will continue well into 2014. Sounds like business as usual for the hardest working band in show biz.

Legacy of Disorder Join Gwar On Tour

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

LEGACY OF DISORDER TEAM UP WITH GWAR FOR U.S. TOUR

Legacy of Disorder just unleashed their sophomore release, ‘Last Man Standing,’ and will soon be taking it to the streets, as they unite with veteran gore metallists Gwar for a full U.S. tour.

“Legacy Of Disorder are chomping at the bit to get this U.S. tour with headliners Gwar underway,” says LoD lead guitarist, Rana Freilich. “We are fully stoked and excited to be included and part of such a cool U.S. tour with such an established band as Gwar.”

Legacy of Disorder is comprised of singer James Robinson, bassist Jason Keill, and drummer Matt Thompson and guitarist Rana Freilich.

‘Last Man Standing’ was engineered, mixed and co/produced by Sterling Winfield (who is best known to the metal masses for his work with Pantera) and mastered by Maor Appelbaum (Sepultura, Halford).

Legacy of Disorder is one ferocious live beast when they hit the stage, so it is only fitting that the quartet will be paired with one of the most over-the-top and outrageous live shows out there.

“Being part of this tour will really give us a chance to get our music heard in the U.S.,” adds Freilich. “We can’t wait to hit the U.S. to throwdown with Gwar throughout North America!”
