CLUTCH Announce Annual Holiday Tour Dates

Maryland rockers CLUTCH are pleased to announce their annual Holiday Tour. These dates kick off the day after Christmas, December 26 in Washington, DC and run through New Year’s Eve, December 31 in Brooklyn, NY. Support on the dates from December 26 through December 28 will come from Into Another and The Mike Dillon Band. Support on the dates from December 29 through December 31 will be provided by Into Another and Lionize. Tickets for fan club members go on sale Wednesday, September 18 and for the general public Friday, September 20 and Saturday September 21.

CLUTCH will kick off the October leg of the “Earth Rocker” tour, October 25 in Hampton Beach, NH. Immediately followed by a festival appearance in Virginia Beach, VA at “Localpalooza” on October 26.  Support on the shows from October 27 through November 23 will be provided by The Sword and American Sharks.

Look for the CLUTCH song “Electric Worry” to be featured in the upcoming TV trailers for the new movie “Machete Kills“, the sequel to “Machete” starring Danny Trejo. The movie is out October 11 in North America.

CLUTCH has signed on with Fox Sports to use the song “The Regulator” in their programming. The song will be used during Fox’s coverage of College Football, MLB, NFL and NASCAR.

Additionally, the song “Crucial Velocity” will be featured in the mobile version of Need For Speed, which will be released in February 2014.

Earth Rocker was released March 19 via the band’s label Weathermaker Music. The album entered the Billboard Top 200 chart at #15 achieving the band’s highest chart position to date. The album then proceeded to hold its own on the Billboard Top 200 for a total of 5 weeks. The album also came in at #1 on the Hard Music Chart and #3 on the Independent Album Chart. The digital demand for this album continues to be very strong. In the week of release Earth Rocker shot to #4 on iTunes’ overall Top 100 album charts and was #1 in their rock chart.

BETWEEN THE BURIED AND ME Fall Tour

Between the Buried and Me will be embarking on a headlining tour across North America this fall. For the first time, the band will be performing The Parallax, both parts I and II, in their entirety. Joining the band for this tour will be The Faceless, The Contortionist, and The Safety Fire. The tour is scheduled to begin on September 13 in North Carolina and will wind its way across the US and Western/Central Canada before wrapping up in Tennessee on October 25.

GWAR/HATEBREED Co-Headline Dates Announced

Intergalactic mutants GWAR and hardcore metal heavyweights Hatebreed are co-headlining a short run of gigs in September. GWAR also confirmed a new festival date, appearing at Chicago’s “Riot Fest” for the second year in a row. Joining the fun will be Richmond, VA’s Iron Reagan, featuring members of Municipal Waste and Cannabis Corpse.

GWAR is gearing up for the 4th Annual GWAR-B-Q (enter to win tickets on The Welding Room) and the release of a new album in the early fall. Razor and Tie recording artists Hatebreed will be continuing their support of their newest release, The Divinity of Purpose.

“We’re extremely happy to finally hook up some GWAR/Hatebreed dates after years of trying to get our schedules to connect! COAL CHAMBER Returns To U.S.

Marking their first U.S. live performances in over 10 years, 90’s alt-metal band COAL CHAMBER is pleased to announce that they are back in action and kicking off a co-headline tour with Sevendust this spring. The tour will also feature special guests Lacuna Coil as direct support on each date, as well as Candlelight Red and Stolen Babies opening (see the split below).

Each member of COAL CHAMBER had words to share about the announcement.

“I’m STOKED to be bringing COAL CHAMBER back to the United States,” exclaims vocalist Dez Fafara.

“These shows are going to fucking rule! The line-up is perfect! Hope to see you all there!”

“The past has fuelled the fire to bring COAL CHAMBER back stronger than ever,” adds drummer Mike Cox.

Earth Rocker World Tour to Kick off in January 2013

Before they hit the road for their annual Holiday run, CLUTCH have confirmed that they will be headlining the KBPI “When Hell Freezes Over” set for December 21 in Denver, CO at the Fillmore Auditorium. To get more information on the show and to purchase tickets visithttp://bit.ly/SyLxpD.

Drummer Jean-Paul Gaster commented on the upcoming Denver Radio Performance:

“We are excited to go back to Denver; it has been a while since we played there. We are even more excited to play some of the new songs from Earth Rocker that night.”

As mentioned CLUTCH will play a string of Holiday tour dates this December. The dates kick off December 26 in Washington, DC and conclude with a special New Year‘s Eve performance in Worcester, MA at The Palladium. The show originally scheduled for December 30 at Starland Ballroom in Sayreville, NJ has been moved to Allentown, PA at Crocodile Rock due to damage sustained from Hurricane Sandy. The official statement from Starland Ballroom regarding the cancellation and ticket refund information is below:

“Due to damages to the Starland Ballroom sustained as a result of Hurricane Sandy, it is necessary to cancel our scheduled shows at the Sayreville, NJ venue on December 30, 2012.

Fans that have purchased tickets to any upcoming shows at the Starland Ballroom may redeem their tickets for a full refund from the original point of purchase.  Refunds for tickets purchased at Starland Ballroom’s Box Office can be turned-in for a full refund plus service fees during new hours of operation – Thursdays and Fridays from 3-6pm and Saturdays from 11am-2pm. The Box Office will not be open on Thanksgiving.”

Tickets for the Allentown show will go on sale this Friday November 15. Support on these shows will come from Mondo Generator, Saviours and Wino. A complete list of all dates is below.
